Lovell joined Kraemer Burns following graduation from Wellesley
College and Rutgers University School of Law.
Lovell's practice focuses on litigation, particularly in commercial
and employment law, and she represents corporate clients in
a wide range of litigated matters.
She also has successfully tried many employment cases in state
and federal courts, and has extensive experience in handling
matters before state and federal administrative agencies in
employment matters.
In addition, Lovell also handles corporate and commercial
transactions, as well as commercial real estate matters. She
provides companies with ongoing legal counsel, including advising
employers on employment issues in an effort to avoid litigation.
Lovell has also represented a number of healthcare providers
as well as non-profit corporations.
