Patricia Rosenberg represents commercial and residential developers in a broad range of substantial real property transactions including acquisitions, sales, financing, land use applications, leasing, construction and condominium registrations. She also handles transactional matters for business clients.
She has represented major institutional lenders in closing significant real estate secured loans and has also represented developers in closing large securitized loans.
Patricia is experienced in representing urban redevelopers. For those clients, she has handled property acquisitions, negotiations with the redevelopment agency, financings and the ultimate sale and/or leasing of the redeveloped units.
Patricia routinely negotiates and drafts complex and substantial leases for her shopping center and office building clients.
Patricia is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Wellesley College, and a Summa Cum Laude graduate of University of Bridgeport Law School. Although not involved in litigation, she can bring a litigation perspective to real estate transactions, having clerked for the Honorable Arthur H. Latimer, Magistrate Judge, in Federal District Court in New Haven, Connecticut.
