Bob Marcus' practice focuses on business, financial and tax matters for closely held businesses and individuals. Marcus handles the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial and investment real estate and all aspects of related financings; estate and trust planning and administration.

A cum laude graduate of Lafayette College, Marcus was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from Yale Law School and a Master of Laws (in Taxation) degree from New York University Law School. He served as Law Secretary to Hon. Walter Conklin, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
