Scott Stolbach practiced as a certified public accountant
for seven years before becoming a lawyer. He now brings to the
table his business experience as well as his accounting and
legal expertise. He works on business-related transactions as
well as financially related commercial and corporate litigation.
Scott Stolbach joined Kraemer Burns shortly after becoming a
lawyer. He spent three years as Chief Financial Officer and
General Counsel to one of our substantial clients. While with
the client, in addition to his legal and financial work, Scott
had major operational responsibilities.
A magna cum laude graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University,
Stolbach also graduated cum laude from Seton Hall University
School of Law.
