Widely respected for his litigation skills, Wayne Greenfeder
concentrates in complex litigation with an emphasis on insurance
coverage, toxic tort, product liability and commercial matters.
Greenfeder's analytical and persuasive abilities have also earned
him recognition in appellate matters. Greenfeder represented
one of the plaintiffs in the high profile New Jersey Turnpike
shooting case obtaining a substantial settlement for the client.
A graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton,
where he was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and Rutgers University
School of Law, where he was named to the Law Review, Greenfeder
served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Morton I. Greenberg, now
on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
